These Terms explain how Omen&Ore provides private Chinese metaphysics readings, digital products, member accounts, report delivery, and support. By using this website, creating an account, placing an order, or submitting information for a reading, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Omen&Ore provides hand-prepared personal clarity services inspired by traditional Chinese wisdom, including personal pattern, relationship, palm, decision, and Chinese name services. Each paid report is prepared for the specific information, question, and context submitted by the client.
The website may also offer digital assets, audio products, guides, and future physical products. Product pages will describe the delivery method and access rules for each item.
Omen&Ore readings are interpretive, educational, and reflective. They are not medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial, investment, immigration, or other licensed professional advice. Do not use a reading as the only basis for urgent, high-risk, or professional decisions.
You remain responsible for your choices, actions, relationships, health decisions, financial decisions, legal matters, and use of any information provided in a report.
The quality of a custom reading depends on the information you submit. Please review your name, email, birth date, birth time, birth location, current location, palm photos, relationship details, and main question before payment.
If you do not know your exact birth time, use the available checkbox rather than guessing. Omen&Ore can still prepare a reading with the information provided, but interpretation may be less precise where exact timing is unavailable.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Omen&Ore does not store full card numbers. An order is considered received after payment is successfully captured and the required intake information is submitted.
If a payment fails, is blocked, is reversed, or cannot be verified, Omen&Ore may pause or cancel report preparation until payment status is resolved.
Reading reports are normally delivered within 48 hours as a private PDF by email and, when available, inside your member account. Reports are sent from reading@omenandore.com.
Delivery timing may be affected by incomplete information, payment review, file upload issues, platform outages, or unusually high order volume. If there is a material delay, Omen&Ore will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Readings are custom services prepared for one client and one submitted case. Because work may begin soon after payment, refunds are limited. A change of mind, disagreement with an interpretation, or a desire for a different outcome does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Please read the Refund Policy before ordering. If you believe there was a duplicate payment, technical failure, or delivery problem, contact support@omenandore.com.
Digital assets, audio products, downloadable files, and educational guides are for personal use unless the product page states otherwise. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, repackage, upload, or share paid files or private access links.
Spotify or external media links may be used for preview, listening, or companion access where applicable. Purchase of an Omen&Ore digital product does not grant ownership of Spotify, YouTube, or other third-party platforms.
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for using an email address you can access. If you believe your account or report has been accessed without permission, contact support promptly.
You may store information about yourself or another person in your account only if you have a legitimate personal reason and the right to provide that information.
You agree not to misuse the website, attack the service, submit false payment claims, scrape private content, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful files, impersonate another person, or use the site for unlawful activity.
Blog comments and public feedback may be moderated. Omen&Ore may hide, reject, or remove content that is abusive, private, misleading, promotional, or unrelated to the discussion. Testimonials are displayed only when approved for public use.
Omen&Ore may update services, prices, delivery methods, policies, or these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you use the website or place a new order.
