Refund Policy
Omen&Ore readings are individually prepared. This policy is designed to be fair to the client while respecting the time and care required to create a custom report.
If you contact us quickly after ordering and your report has not yet entered preparation, we can review a cancellation or refund request. Please email support@omenandore.com with your order email, service name, and PayPal order ID.
Once a reading has entered preparation, refunds are generally not available because the work is personalized to your submitted details and question.
Delivered PDF reports are not normally refundable. If there is a technical issue, wrong file, missing page, or delivery problem, we will help correct it.
Duplicate charges or obvious payment mistakes will be reviewed and handled fairly after verification.
The easiest way to avoid confusion is to email us before ordering if you are unsure which reading fits your situation.
